Water Credit Policy
Per Sec. 44-36. C of our City Code of ordinance: The city may consider an adjustment if the customer presents a plumber's statement indicating that the leak was not reasonably detectable from the surface, the leak has been repaired and the type of repairs made. The city may request additional information before adjusting the customer's bill. The customer may receive only one adjustment during a 12-month period, unless the director determines that extenuating circumstances justify allowing additional adjustments.
