    Utility Service Availability Request

For water, wastewater, or reuse water service availability, submit this form to request a Utility Service Availability Letter.
  • The Utility Service Availability Letter only states if the City of Round Rock is allowed to serve the property with water, wastewater, and/or reuse water utility service. This letter does not evaluate actual utility infrastructure or determine if offsite improvements are needed to serve the property.
