  • DIGITAL COMMUNITY BOARD SIGNAGE POLICIES*

    SLIDE REQUESTS - Requests to display slides on RRPL digital displays will be vetted by staff in the Administrative Office. Slide rotation is limited to 12 slides. Priority is given to slides promoting non-profit events, resources, and services.

    FILE FORMAT - Please send your slide saved as a JPEG. Image dimensions should be 1920x1080 pixels (or 25.6"x14.4" @ 72 dpi).

    DISPLAYING EVENT SLIDES - Event slides can be displayed for a maximum of two weeks prior to the event and will be removed after the event date passes.

    DEADLINE - Slides must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.
