    Proclamation Request
    • All proclamation requests must be submitted via this form.
    • The City reserves the right to deny any request for any proclamation and all proclamations must be approved by the Mayor.
    • Any requests for a proclamation to be read at a City Council meeting must be made at least 1 month in advance of the meeting due to agenda publication deadlines.
    • Any requests to be read at an event other than a City Council meeting must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for scheduling purposes.
    • If the request is approved, the Mayor and Council's Assistant will be in contact with you regarding scheduling times and locations.
